This ticketh me off. This isn't even about the morning after pill which is a whole other debate. This is about birth control pills! Some pharmacists are refusing to fill prescriptions because birth control pills MIGHT prevent the implantation of a fertilized egg. Key word, MIGHT. It's never been proven they do. And many women take birth controls pills to do more than prevent pregnancy. They can be taken for medical reason to offset medical conditions.

What's next? Viagra prescriptions not being filled because it's used to make sex for more than procreation? High blood pressure medicine because it can interfere with erections and make Viagra needed?

We've come a long way with women being in control of their reproduction abilities. I don't want to go backwards.

May the muses have sense
